This package is designed for couples who know what they want and require minimal assistance in the planning process but want someone else to run the show come wedding weekend. Starting 4-6 weeks before the wedding day, we work closely with the couple to finalize any outstanding details, create a detailed timeline for the wedding day, confirm vendor arrangements and ensure a smooth execution come event day. We oversee the setup, manage the schedule, handle any last-minute issues that may arise and ensure the couple can relax and enjoy their special day without worrying about the logistics. The Sapphire Package includes the following:

VENDOR MANAGEMENT
~ Vendor recommendations 
~ Vendor timeline creation 
~ Greet vendors on wedding day, direct and assist with setup 
~ Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors 

DESIGN
~ Floor plan and seating chart development 

PLANNING AND COORDINATION
~ Provide individually tailored wedding checklist 
~ Coordination of ceremony rehearsal 
~ Wedding day timeline creation 
~ Collection and management of key wedding day items such as marriage license, guest book, cake knife and topper, toasting flutes, guest favors, programs, table place cards, etc. 
~ Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants & family members

(Partial Planning):

Starting at $2,000

Unlike Full-Service planning where we oversee every detail from start to finish, Partial Planning allows couples to select certain areas where they would like assistance, such as design details, finding vendors, creating a timeline or managing specific logistics. This service is a great option for couples who want to be involved in the planning process but also want to alleviate some of the stress and workload that comes with organizing a wedding. The Ruby Package includes the following:

BUDGET
~ Detailed budget creation and management

VENDOR MANAGEMENT
~ Vendor recommendations
~ Vendor contract review
~ Vendor timeline creation
~ You remain the primary point of contact for your vendor team

DESIGN
~ Design, theme and decor assistance
~ Guidance on rental selection
~ Floor plan and seating chart development

PLANNING AND COORDINATION
~ Provide individually tailored wedding checklist
~ Coordination of ceremony rehearsal
~ Wedding day timeline creation

From concept to execution, we have every detail covered. This package is ideal for the busy couple who wants to enjoy their engagement without having to worry about the logistics. We will be there every step of the way. The Emerald Package includes the following:

VENDOR MANAGEMENT
~ Venue research and selection
~ Vendor interviews and booking
~ Vendor contract review
~ Hotel accommodation selection, negotiation and room blocking
~ Transportation arrangements
~ Vendor timeline creation
~ Vendor arrangement confirmations (delivery time, rental quantities, setup, etc.)

DESIGN
~ Design, theme and decor assistance
~ Guidance on rental selection
~ Assistance with the creation of invitation/stationery, menu design, ceremony program, guest favors, table design, rentals, etc.
